Bespoke Order Deposit

Paying your Bespoke Order deposit means you agree to enter an order contract with us whereby we create the Rug you specified and signed for us to make. Upon completion, we will send you photographic evidence with an invoice for the rest of the payment. You must then pay the total remaining amount. Once payment has been processed, your Bespoke Rug will be sent to you.

This deposit will indicate to us that you agree with all our agreed terms.

Once your Rug is made we will send you an invoice to pay the remaining amout on your order. Once the payment is through, we will immediately ship your item to you.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending the production process and the destination. When we experience busy periods please bare with us, and we will keep you informed.

*Unfortunately we don't accept cancellations once you have payed your order deposit.
